We have other ideas working in this area, i.e. hard candy, yogurt or chocolate pretzels, mints, sushi....(well, maybe not) Also, we are happy to get your feedback and ideas to fill your gift box. SAUSAGE AND CHEESE
All Sausage and Cheese slections are Wisconsin produced and are shelf stable, they only require refridgeration after opening. However, we will pack all food items on the day we ship and we will add a cold-pack when shipping during the summer months to insure that you recieve a fresh and ready to enjoy product.
Each sausage and cheese selection includes a cheese cleaver and spreader.

The Classic: We have chosen several popular choices and came up with. Two 7oz. blocks of cheese (Old Hickory and Swiss), two 3oz. sausage (Garlic and Summer Sausage) and one 4oz. round (Smoked Gouda) along with a box of Sun Dried Tomato Crackers, and a small jar of yellow mustard.
Hot & Zesty: A selection with a bit of 'Zip' to it. Two 7oz. cheese blocks ( Zesty Cheddar and Pepper flavored) two 3oz. sausages (Summer Sausage and Garlic) one 4oz. cheese round (Hot Pepper) with a box of Savory Chili Crackers and a small jar of Sweet'n Hot mustard.
THE SWEET STUFF
Ok, so who doesn't have a sweet tooth....I have gotton ahold of some varieties of chocolate and fudge that is fantastic, and I have been able to get this boxed up for us in a size that will allow me to put a few different ones into our box.( I am also trying to convince them to do some other flavors as well, so watch for this section to get bigger.)

The Uptown: You will recieve one 6oz. box of Milk Chocolate Nutty Pleasures, two 2oz. boxes of Dark Chocolate Mint Delights, two 2oz. boxes of Milk Chocolate Cherry Delights, one 3.75oz. tin of Chocolate Walnut Fudge, and one 3.75oz. tin of Peppermint Fudge.
